Terms & Conditions

Welcome to I Comply Studio. By booking and using our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and premium experience for all clients.

1. Cyclorama – Fresh Paint Fee

A $200 additional fee applies when a freshly painted cyclorama is requested for your shoot. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

2. Same‑Day & 48‑Hour Edit Services

Same‑day or 48‑hour editing services are available upon request and are subject to additional pricing. Please confirm availability and costs prior to your booking date.

Pricing & Time Policies

3. Extended Hours
Studio hire includes the agreed booking time only. Any additional time used beyond the scheduled session will be charged at $150 per additional hour, billed in full-hour increments.

4. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit is non‑refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

  • The full remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your booked session.

  • Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Fees & Add‑Ons

5. Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is not returned in its original condition following your shoot or event. This includes excess rubbish, spills, damage, or rearranged furniture not returned to its original placement.
 
6. Event Management Fees
For events hosted within the studio, event management fees may apply depending on the size, scope, and requirements of the event. These will be communicated prior to confirmation.
 
7. Model, Influencer & In‑House Marketing Services
Professional models, influencers, and in‑house marketing services are available as paid add‑ons. Availability and pricing vary and must be arranged in advance.
 
8. General Use & Conduct
Clients are responsible for the conduct of all attendees, crew, and guests. Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property caused during the booking will be charged accordingly.
